PDF Returns & Refunds

PDF downloads will be non-returnable and refunds will not be provided as there is no physical product to be returned, please keep this in mind when you place an order for the PDF copy of Modern Canadian Doubled Die Varieties, First Edition.

 

Paperback Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund for the Paperback version, please use the form located on the Contact page within 24 hours of placing your order as once the order is processed it can not be canceled.

Paperback copies will not be eligible for returns or refunds after an order has been processed as the publisher will not accept them, please do not return any books or products to the publisher as they are a POD (print on demand) company and do not handle returns.

Once your order has been received for physical copies of Modern Canadian Doubled Die Varieties, First Edition, although it is unlikely, if you find any issues with the quality of the print please feel free to use the form on the Contact page to request an exchange.

 

Exchanges are solely at the discretion of the author and will only be offered one time with receipt and proof that the print is low-quality within 30 days of the date it was purchased.

 

If you have purchased your printed copy from a brick-and-mortar retailer, bookstore, or other online store, please see the return and refund policies for those locations. Copies of Modern Canadian Doubled Die Varieties - First Edition purchased from other locations are not handled by the author or this website.
